Balancing courses
Theoretical and practical course on balancing rotating bodies.
CEMB operates in the industrial sector as a manufacturer of balancing machines and vibration control equipment, and is a trusted partner for issues related to balancing, vibration control, and condition-based maintenance.
The company organizes seminars led by CEMB technical staff with proven expertise, aimed at ensuring proper setup and troubleshooting the most common issues encountered in industrial practice.
The course can be delivered in two formats: at CEMB or directly at the customer’s facility. In both cases, a comprehensive overview of the principles of balancing rotating bodies and the ISO 21940 standard is provided. The course will cover balancing methods, tolerances, balancing machines, flexible rotating components, and the use of specialized software.
The program at CEMB allows participants to take the course in a highly specialized technical setting, with the opportunity to tour the production department and the contract manufacturing department. This enables participants to observe CEMB’s solutions up close, understand the practical application of balancing technologies, and interact directly with expert technical staff.
On-site training, on the other hand, offers the advantage of a training program entirely tailored to the company’s specific applications. Both the theoretical and practical components are adapted to the machinery, rotating equipment, and real-world challenges present at the facility, making the course highly targeted, practical, and immediately applicable to daily operations.
The program concludes with hands-on training at the facility, depending on the option selected, and the issuance of a certificate of participation.
