CEMB’s balancing machine for lobe or screw rotors up to 2000 kg, with direct drive via rollers and possibility of correction either manually on board the machine or automated via an external machining center with an anthropomorphic robot.
Features
- Balancer for lobe and screw rotors of compressors, pumps, and blowers up to 2000 kg.
- Dragging mode: drag is performed directly through the balancer’s rollers. In this way, it is not necessary to use a belt or coupling devices, which are difficult to be compatible with the shape of the rotating rollers.
- Correction directly on the machine (for fully manual use) or via third-party machining center flanked by anthropomorphic robot ( automatic use).
- Absolute accuracy in detecting drilling positions: the machine reference is detected directly on the lobes, so the correction positions are indicated perfectly.
- Fast and easy machine setup: quick type change, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
- Clear and intuitive user interface: the operator does not interpret but sets parameters directly, minimizing errors and learning time.
