Vertical balancing machine for pumps, compressors and energy turbines

CEMB’s automatic balancer handles pump impellers, single stages, impellers, and turbines. Correction is performed with belt sanders, which remove material from the outer surfaces of parts.

  • Blurring function to prevent stepping at the beginning and end of the correction section.
  • Self-tuning removal system that adjusts cutting parameters in real time to optimize corrective power.
  • Extraction of dust for greater operator safety.
